Please join Sophie Pyne for a FREE virtual healing workshop as an opportunity to show up exactly as you are at Mother Ocean’s shore for an opportunity to connect with community, set intentions, and explore how being in, on, around, and under the water can be supportive for our wellbeing.
Sophie will guide us through Ocean Goddess inspired meditation, a beautiful soundbath and healing practices to support you in diving deeper into self-love and sisterhood! Let’s dive in together!

What you will need for this experience:
1. A phone or laptop.
2. Headphones will enhance the experience.
3. A quiet space where you can comfortably sit or lay down and relax.
5. An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition.
*Optional: your favorite crystals, sacred objects, or candles to create a peaceful and healing atmosphere
*If you are unable to join live you are able to use the recording as a part of your daily practice for the week to come!
