Please join Sound Healer Sophie Pyne and Energy Healer Maritza Statsinger for a very special sunset Sound Bath & Chakra Balancing on Manhattan Beach in honor of the first Full Moon of 2022!

Working with the supportive vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Sophie will support you in releasing anything you are ready to let go of and fine-tuning your body, mind, and spirit for the upcoming week. The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments she uses work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages.

Maritza will provide all our guests chakra cleansing and reiki attunement during the sound bath which help to identify your path towards healing by highlighting emotional, energetic, and physical obstructions. This integrated form of energy therapy will leave you feeling renewed with a greater sense of self-awareness, and lighter as your limiting beliefs diminish and you inner self opens to new possibilities.

Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences. Sound healing helps release the tension of day-to-day life and opens the door to enhanced intuition, improved immunity, better relationships, lower blood pressure, reduced stress hormones, stabilized moods, and better sleep.

What to bring:

**Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.**

**Bring a sweatshirt, extra blankets, a pillow and any other comfort items you may need for extra comfort**

** An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition**

**OPTIONAL: please bring your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged**
