Please join Sound Healer Sophie Pyne and Surf Coach Ryan Carpenter for a very special sunrise Sound Bath and Surf & Swim on Manhattan Beach in honor of the Aries Full Moon!
Sunday October 24th at 7:00am on Manhattan Beach near Rosecrans Ave
(please arrive at 6:30am to find parking and secure your spot on the beach)
Suggested donation of $50 per guest, please give what you can.
Experience the waves of Mother Ocean accompanied by the healing sounds of crystals bowls, and a surf or swim session after!
The Full Moon is a powerful time to reflect on what you're ready to release and illuminate our deepest desires! Set an intention, follow your breath, and step outside of the cluttered mind. Jump into your sacred heart space with me, tune into love and compassion, and bring joy into your week with a morning of deep relaxation & invigoration.
Working with the supportive vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Sophie will support you in releasing anything you are ready to let go of and fine-tuning your body, mind, and spirit for the upcoming week. The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments she uses work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages.
Surf lessons and coaching will be provided. No prior surf experience required. Limited surfboards & wetsuits will be available for use.
What to bring:
**Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.**
**Bring a sweatshirt, extra blankets, a pillow and any other comfort items you may need in the morning for sadhana**
** An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition**
** A water bottle for hydration & sunscreen for protection**
** OPTIONAL: Please bring your own board, and a wetsuit / bathing suit to swim or surf in if you will be staying to enjoy Mother Ocean with us. We have additional wetsuits and surfboard available to borrow**
**OPTIONAL: please bring your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged**
