Please join Sound Healer Sophie Pyne for a very special sunset Sound Bath on Manhattan Beach in honor of the Libra New Moon!

The New Moon is a perfect time to reset, refresh and enjoy a new beginning! Set an intention, follow your breath, and step outside of the cluttered mind. Jump into your sacred heart space with me, tune into love and compassion, and bring calm into your weekend with an evening of deep relaxation.

Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences. Sound healing helps release the tension of day-to-day life and opens the door to enhanced intuition, improved immunity, better relationships, lower blood pressure, reduced stress hormones, stabilized moods, and better sleep. Working with the supportive vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, I will support you in releasing anything you are ready to let go of and fine-tuning your body, mind, and spirit for the upcoming week. The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments I use work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages.

What to bring:

**Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.**

**Bring a sweatshirt, extra blanket and any other comfort items you may need in case it gets chilly at sunset**

** An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition**

**OPTIONAL: please bring your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged**
