Step into your light and set intentions in this powerful Full Moon Cacao Ceremony with a deeply relaxing sound bath!

For this Full Moon, we'll begin the evening with a special Cacao Ceremony. Cacao originates from the Andes mountains and was used by the Incas, who considered it the “drink of the gods”. Cacao has numerous health benefits, in addition to the array of “feel good” chemicals that it releases. As such, drinking Cacao is known to incite feelings of bliss, relaxation, and overall well-being. During the ceremony, we will open our hearts and minds to receiving these blissful feelings, set our intentions for the Full Moon, and come together in connection with our community.

Following the Cacao Ceremony, Sophie will guide us on a deeply relaxing sound meditation journey using the cosmic vibrations of her Crystal Alchemy Bowls. Working with the supportive vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, these healing frequencies will support you in releasing anything you are ready to let go of, setting intention for this season and fine-tuning your body, mind, and spirit. The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments she uses work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages.

What to bring:

**Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.**

**Bring a sweatshirt, extra blankets, a pillow and any other comfort items you may need in case as it can be chilly at sunset**

** An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition**

** Water**

**OPTIONAL: please bring your favorite crystals, sacred objects, and journal to be blessed and charged**
