Please join Sophie Pyne for a FREE 4 Day Holiday Hope Challenge to help you ignite that spark of hope and joy within during this holiday season!
Sunday December 19th - Wednesday December 22nd
6-7PM PST / 9-10PM EST
I'm hosting a FREE 4 Day Holiday Sparkle of Hope Challenge to help you ignite that spark of hope and joy within, no matter what is happening around you during this holiday season.
During the 4 day Holiday Hope Challenge, we will connect with each other on Zoom and I will guide you through short, yet impactful sound baths, breathwork exercises and meditations each day to help you feel calm, grounded, present and relaxed. Taking these short pauses once a day is going to help you feel grounded, hopeful and inspired during this time.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Soundbaths, breath work, meditation and journaling exercises to ignite the spark of hope and joy within you
Daily live connection with community to receive love & support during this holiday season
Don't worry if you cannot make it live - you will always get access to the recording to do in your own time!
A private access link for the recording will be sent to you with your RSVP!
What you will need for this experience:
1. A phone or laptop.
2. Headphones will enhance the experience.
3. A quiet space where you can comfortably sit or lay down and relax.
5. An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana is a great addition.
*Optional: a journal to write in and your favorite crystals, sacred objects, or candles, to create a peaceful and healing atmosphere
*If you are unable to join at 6PM PST, you are able to use the recording as a part of your daily meditation practice for the week to come!
Let it be hope that better things are always ahead. Let it be hope that you can get through even the toughest of times. Let it be hope that you are stronger than any challenge that comes your way. Let it be hope that you are exactly where you are meant to be right now, and that you are on the path to where you are meant to be… Because during these times, hope will be the very thing that carries you through.
What hope means to me today is knowing that there is a bigger brighter future for all of us, that healing is possible, and that we do not have to do this alone. We were never meant to.
